As I awake, I can only think of one thing
A moment, this moment
In preparation up to this point
I’ve learned
I’ve failed
I’ve tried again
Each part has been integral to what this may be
To what this is
But the whole is more valuable than the individual parts
No experience is the same
No experience is worthless
Some experiences hurt
Some experiences are painful
But without struggle, this moment is less joyful
The struggle is necessary
The struggle is a part of it
You may have thought: “I just want to be like everyone else”
I just want to be normal
I think most feel this way at some point
Loneliness is the toughest battle that exists to man
Community may be the most pleasurable
When your feet touch the grass on that summer day
Feel it, experience it, live it
There will be a moment when you know
You know this is your moment and nobody else’s
Enjoy it
Truly enjoy it
And then share it
For this is The Field
